Mango Shipment & Tracking Information
Your Order Dispatch Schedule:
Please note that your order will be dispatched within the timeline mentioned at the time of purchase.
Our entire Villkart family/team is working on your order with full dedication and care. For us, it is not just an order — it is an emotion connected with trust, farmers, and freshness.
Since mangoes are perishable and seasonal products, they are shipped through special logistics arrangements and may not follow the standard shipment process used for regular products.
Please do not panic if tracking information is not visible immediately after placing your order. Kindly check your dispatch period first. We kindly request customers to wait for shipment confirmation and tracking activation.
Tracking details become active only after the shipment is processed and dispatched.

Please go through the below FAQ ❓ to understand more.
Your Dudhiya Malda will be dispatched within one of these weeks:
- 🚚 28 May – 4 June (Early Week)
- 🚚 5 June – 12 June (Week 2)
- 🚚 13 June – 20 June (Week 2)
- 🚚 21 June – 28 June (Week 3)
👉 Important: This is the dispatch week (when your box leaves our farm). Delivery takes another 2–3 days after dispatch.
Your Jardalu Mango will be dispatched within:
- 🚚 30 May – 7 June (Week 1)
- 🚚 8 June – 15 June (Week 2)
👉Important:This is thedispatch week(when your box leaves our farm). Delivery takes another 2–3 days after dispatch.
These varieties follow a similar schedule as Jardalu. Please check your order confirmation email for the exact dispatch week mentioned at the time of purchase.
Your order will be dispatched within the scheduled dispatch week shown on the product page or your order email.
This is NOT the delivery date.
For example: If your dispatch week is May 28 – June 4, your mangoes will leave our farm sometime during that week. They will reach your doorstep 2–3 days after dispatch.
Tracking only goes LIVE once your box is handed over to Blue Dart (our air courier).
So if your dispatch week has started but tracking still shows nothing — don't worry. It takes 12–24 hours after dispatch for the tracking link to activate.
You will automatically receive an SMS + Email once it's shipped.
As soon as your order is dispatched, you will get:
- 📲 SMS on your registered mobile number
- 📧 Email on your registered email ID
Both will contain your Blue Dart AWB (Airway Bill) number and tracking link.
This is completely normal. It simply means Blue Dart has picked up your package but hasn't scanned it into their system yet. Please wait 24 hours after you receive the dispatch notification. If you still see nothing, WhatsApp us.
This is intentional — and it's a good thing.
We send a mix of raw and semi-ripe mangoes so they survive the journey without getting crushed or bruised.
Once they arrive, just leave them on your kitchen counter for 1–3 days. They will ripen naturally into golden, buttery, sweet perfection.
No chemicals. No carbide. Just patience. 💛
Mangoes in Bihar (where our Malda and Jardalu grow) naturally ripen only from late May onwards.
Unlike other states that start in March/April, we never use artificial ripening chemicals.
We wait for nature. The taste is worth the wait.
If you see mango ads from other regions as early as March — that's not real Bihar Malda. Our mangoes come straight from the orchard, naturally ripened.
Since mangoes are natural and perishable, 1–2 mangoes in a box may occasionally have soft spots, internal rot, or bruises.
Here is exactly what to do:
- If you receive 3 or more damaged mangoes, please raise a complaint within 24 hours of delivery using this form:
👉 https://tally.so/r/wag6bX - Size note: Each mango is supposed to weigh 200–300 grams. If you receive mangoes smaller than 200g, file a complaint using the same link within 24 hours.
Important: Size-related issues are fully refundable. Damage beyond 2 mangoes is also refundable.
⚠️ Please note: Minor skin spots or slight softness (from transit) are not considered "damaged" — they are normal for farm-fresh fruits.
We ship via Blue Dart Air for speed and care.
- 📍 Metro/Major Cities – 48 to 72 hours
- 📍 Other serviceable cities – 24 to 48 hours
Delivery may vary slightly due to weather, location, or operational reasons.
Here is the direct link to track your order once it is shipped: https://bluedart.com/tracking
Please note: This link will only work after your order has been handed over to Blue Dart.
So if you check it immediately after ordering and see nothing — please relax. That is completely normal.
Tracking becomes active only after your mangoes leave our farm. You will receive a separate SMS + Email with your unique AWB number as soon as the shipment is processed.
Wait for the dispatch period first. If your dispatch week has started and you still see no update after 24 hours, just WhatsApp us. We are here. ✅
