This week we will know the taste of these three flavours. The chips made by heating rice in water and melting till it becomes thick are the charori. When the rice is completely heated and mixed with water, then by adding salt to it, plain Charori is made in the sun on a white and clean sheet.

This is how Tisari is made :-
On the other hand, Tisiori is a famous dish of Bihar made from Tisi. In which apart from Tisi, lentils, coriander powder, red chili powder, cumin powder, turmeric powder, salt are required. The tea is washed and filtered. Masoor dal is grinded. It is mixed in Tisi. Salt, turmeric powder, carom seeds, mangarella, cumin powder and red chili powder are added. After this salt is added according to taste. It is mixed well. Take a plate and then a big ie small size is made on it. It is dried in strong sunlight. After this it is filtered in oil.
